A weekend with Vista x64

First things first. I just have to mention how eye pleasing Vista is compared to XP. When I install XP, I either install the UXTheme patch or just go back to the classic view. Fight for the right…

Lest we forget the lives lost to bring us the nation and freedom of our mother toungue.

Remember, remember the sixteenth of December,
The celebration, vitory and the birth.
I see of no reason why the new nation
Should ever be forgot.
Mukti jodha, mukti jodha, ’twas their intent
To free Bangla and speak to their hearts’ content.

Just something that popped in

This is just something that popped in my head.

Kuwasha dhaka bhorer adhare
Boshe nirjone eka.
Chole jay khon gulo
Muhurto shob faka.

Ok, I felt bad, so here’s the translation

In the mist covered darkness of dawn
I’m sitting all alone in silence,
As time goes by with
Moments filled with emptiness.

12 hrs with Vista

So far, everything is working on the laptop. Which is great, as laptop drivers are the harder ones to find :) There are two devices that didn’t find their drivers, but I haven’t figured out what they are. I think one of them is the web cam and the other *shrugs* We’ll find out eventually.

Next. Vista x64 on the desktop, but that has to wait :P
