Just saw the Cyprus thing. Interesting! When I taught at the Near East University in Cyprus, almost half of my students came from outside Cyprus and Turkey. Mostly from Middle East though. And quite a bit from India and Pakistan. When the classes are in English and the schools are accredited internationally, it helps quite a bit!

That would be awesome -I would defintly buy one. i have an iPhone too and I would like to have coverflow on my stereo or even pandora for my stereo would be good too.

In the long run really successful technologists are those that learn to design for average people. The techno-elite is a thin sliver of society. Although I am no where near as knowledgeable as you are on the details of hardware and software, I still have to constantly remind myself that that the average joe is lightyears behind even that.

Its also a bigger struggle because I (like you) am genuinely passionate about technology. I love it. So in casual conversation its easy to trample over other people without realizing that not everyone shares those passions.

So since you were the one that got me addicted in the first place…

I am hoping if they do the book, they do the whole series…things just don’t make sense as an individual, the entire series is needed to explain everything properly. I think the reason the other movies failed is because they only tried to incorporate a segment of the whole…
