So last night, me and my friends went to dinner and then bowling, as it has been quite a while. After a nice well stuffed meal, we went to Midtown Bowls. We were extremely psyched about bowling, but once we got in there, there was a sign saying that there are no bowling lanes open till 10 pm. It was only 8:30 pm!! Can you really believe that? None of the 20 lanes were free for 90 minutes!
Hence, we decided to retire to a friends place and battle it out over a game of “Ticket to Ride”. Now that’s another fun board game
Wahhh!! what about me? damn you…Greg gets a mac – you guys play Ticket to Ride – its all very unfair.
What? You’re telling you didn’t oogle on Gillian Anderson this weekend? How about Nicole Kidman?
Dude! Bowling is awesome — especially on the Wii! Teeheehee… “Free” bowling for life! Never heard of Ticket to Ride… Is it new(ish)?!?
It’s a board game
The Europe edition we were playing came out in 2005.
Arjun, you get to engage in the fun activity known as saving for grad school! The premise of the game is rather simple. You take money and put it into a high interest savings account! The excitement comes from investigating schools and searching for the bank with the highest interest rate, as well as looking for ways to cut corners on your spending to maximize savings! I’m actually envious that you get to play this game.
